Reservations and Deposits:
A signed rental agreement and 1/3 of the rental fee are required to reserve your date. Then a 2nd 1/3 of the rental fee will be due half way between the 1st and last payment. Then the last 1/3 of the rental fee will be due 2 months in advance of your event date and is non-refundable. Also, a $300 damage deposit is due at this time. The damage deposit will be returned to you within 2 weeks after your event, provided there is no damage or additional charges. We accept cash and checks.
Occupancy:
Twin Willows Gardens has enough tables & chairs to accommodate up to 200 people.
Alcohol:
A licensed bartender is required for any event serving alcohol along with a banquet license from any Washington State liquor store. We allow beer, wine, champagne and 1 signature drink.
Catering:
Twin Willow Gardens has a list of excellent caterers to choose from to ensure quality food and service and the success of your event. See our vendors page.
Music:
You must supply your own music and keep it at a reasonable volume. Music ends at 10 PM on Friday & Saturday and 7:30 PM on Sunday.
Planning Session:
1 hour for you to come walk around and plan your event. We will be there to assist you and confirm your expectations, arrival/setup details as well as contact information. Need extra time? - Come to our open house every Wednesday 6-8 PM during the summer.
Rehearsal:
A rehearsal period of 1 hour will be scheduled at no cost during the week before your wedding. For a fun and stress free evening ... think about having your rehearsal dinner at our beautiful venue.
Pets:
We have a large outdoor kennel, if you wish to have your dog (best friend) in your wedding.
Restrictions:
Please, no rice, confetti, birdseed, etc., we allow bubbles to celebrate your new beginning as husband & wife. Tables must be covered with linens. Thanks!
