Alcohol and Bartending

All events serving alcohol are required to obtain a banquet permit from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board. You are required to contract for bartending services with a licensed and insured bartender.  This service may be provided by your caterer. We allow hard cider, draft beer, wine, champagne and one premixed signature cocktail.  Any drinks from cans or bottles must be poured into glassware by bartending staff.


Music and DJ Services

Twin Willow Gardens has a list of preferred DJ's to choose from.  Music must be kept at a reasonable volume to respect the surrounding neighbors.

You may choose a DJ not on our preferred list, but they must provide proof of being licensed and insured.



Twin Willow Gardens has a list of preferred caterers to choose from. Each caterer has consistently demonstrated their commitment to providing quality food and outstanding service thus, contributing greatly to the success of your event. 
You may choose a caterer not on our preferred list, but they must provide proof of being licensed and insured.



A rehearsal period of one hour will be scheduled at no additional cost on the Thursday before your wedding day.


Reservations and Deposit Requirements

A signed rental agreement and 1/3 of the rental fee are required to reserve your date. We will provide a copy of our contract after your tour for review.



In addition to restrictions detailed in our rental contract, no use of rice, confetti, birdseed, glitter, artificial flower petals or lavender buds are allowed at the ceremony area.  Real flower petals must be picked up prior to end of wedding.
